• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How do I apply/remove the tattoos?

  Our tattoo kits are water based transfers.

  After removing the plastic film, press firmly against skin with sticky side down. Run warm water over tattoo, or lay a warm damp cloth over tattoo and press for 30 seconds.
  For best effect, cut tattoo up to 1/8" from patterns edge, and seal with makeup sealer and a light dusting of baby powder.

  Remove with baby oil or makeup adhesive remover.

• Can I apply tattoos over body paint?

  We have tested tattoos over water based cake makeup with success. We have yet to test tattoos over other kinds of makeup.

  Tattoo Over Water Based Cake Makeup
  - Paint your base layer of body paint on the area where you want to apply the tattoo
  - Allow to dry
  - Peel off plastic and press tattoo over body paint
  - Press a warm damp cloth over tattoo and body paint and hold for 30 second
  - Damp cloth may remove makeup surrounding tattoo, but the body paint will be trapped under the tattoo itself
  - Reapply body paint around tattoo
  - Seal with spray makeup sealer and a very light dusting of setting powder/baby powder

• Do you do custom commissions?

  We take commissions on a case-by-case basis and provide quotes on request.

• I need my tattoo resized. Can you do that for me?

  It is possible, but it will increase the cost of your order.

• I live in Toronto, can I do a local pick up to save on shipping?

  If time permits on our end, yes. We can do pickups downtown or along the subway line.
